Galvanized iron wire
Galvanized Iron Wire includes electro galvanized wire and hot-dipped galvanized wire.
Zinc coated: 1. Electro galvanized iron wire is 15-20g/m2. 2. Hot galvanized iron wire is 30-300g/m2
Hot-dip galvanizing is dip-plating in a heated and molten zinc solution. The production speed is fast, and the coating is thick. The minimum thickness of zinc coating allowed by the market is 45 microns, and the maximum can be more than 300 microns. It is dark in color, consumes a lot of zinc, forms an infiltration layer with the base metal, and has good corrosion resistance. Hot-dip galvanizing can be maintained for decades in outdoor environments.
Cold galvanizing (galvanizing) is a process in which the zinc is gradually plated on the metal surface in a galvanic bath. The production speed is slow, the coating is uniform, and the thickness is thin, usually only 3-15 microns. Relative to hot-dip galvanizing, the production cost of electro-galvanizing is lower.
